Ghuleh

I wanted to find other ways of adding colour to my drawings aside from using colouring pencils, and it’s only recently that I’ve had the patience to properly sit down, use the right brushes and explore mixing colours with water, etc. When I tried before the brushes I would use were usually too thick, and so I would rage quit and just go back to colouring pencils

I’m so glad I’ve finally come around to using different mediums, and I’ve really been enjoying spending time exploring new techn­iques  

This one is based on the background picture of my deviantID, and for once I didn’t trace everything with a pencil beforehand, which was quite difficult for me >__<

I know it's quite rough, but hope it doesn’t look too badI’ve still got a few pieces I have to finish (including Ankou I) so hopefully those shouldn’t take too long, fingers crossed
As for the title, I just really like the song Ghuleh/ Zombie Queen by Ghost, and couldn't really think of anything else
